The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Amsterdam team. You will own the full lifecycle of a portfolio from small to mid-sized international accounts, from onboarding through to renewal and expansion.

This is a commercially driven role: you will be expected to identify growth opportunities, not just manage existing ones.

You will be the primary point of contact for your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor who translates platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes for clients across sports, beauty, and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

  • Own onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for a portfolio of 150–200 accounts
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell conversations backed by usage data and customer insight
  • Guide customers on loyalty programme strategy, platform adoption, and value realisation
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to represent the voice of the customer
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account health data in our CRM
  • Gather client feedback to help improve product & operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years in a client-facing role, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Account Executive
  • Experience managing complex SaaS accounts across multiple markets
  • Comfortable owning commercial conversations: renewals, upsells, and expansions
  • Confident communicating at executive level, clear, direct, and credible
  • A structured thinker who uses data to build arguments and drive decisions
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
  • Business-level English required; Dutch or other languages are a bonus

A degree is a nice-to-have. A strong track record and a clear story matter more.
