We're scaling hard and now we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Amsterdam
Let's be clear about one thing: this is a phone-first sales role.
The most important part of your job is picking up the phone and starting conversations.
This is not a role where you'll spend months in training or have someone holding your hand. You'll learn fast, take ownership from day one, and be expected to figure things out. If you're ambitious, coachable, resilient, and willing to put in the work, you'll have the opportunity to grow quickly.
You'll be on the front line of one of Europe's fastest-growing SaaS companies, helping us expand across sports, beauty and hospitality markets worldwide.
Wat you'll do
- Pick up the phone and speak with prospective customers every day
- Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Prospect and engage potential customers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Learn how to run effective discovery conversations
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach performance
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in HubSpot
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and opportunity targets
What we are looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, hospitality, customer-facing roles, or anything that proves you can hustle
- Comfortable spending a large part of your day on the phone
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with decision-makers
- Competitive mindset and a genuine desire to win
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent enough to keep going
- Highly organized and accountable for your own results
- Fluent in English; Dutch or additional languages are a bonus
