About the job
Do you get excited about building things from scratch? Are you the kind of designer who starts with the user, not the visuals? We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who can take full ownership of the UX/UI process for Channext’s platform, from user research to pixel-perfect prototypes.
You’ll have the opportunity to define how UX is done at Channext. You’ll build and own the full UX research and design process, and turn those insights into UI that converts and aligns with our brand and platform standards.
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to bring clarity to complex problems and advocate for our users at every step. We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable planning a user interview or usability test as they are opening up Figma and getting to work.
What You’ll Be Working On
Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, data analysis, usability testing)
Turn insights into journey maps, wireframes, and polished UI using Figma
Define and document scalable UX processes and best practices
Build and maintain our design system
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to validate and implement designs
Host internal workshops to raise the UX bar across the company
Present findings and drive UX strategy forward
Job requirements
About You
Have 5+ years of UX design experience
Are deeply user-focused and data-driven in your approach
Know your way around Figma (from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes)
Have experience building or owning a UX process from scratch
Have strong communication and collaboration skills (especially cross-functional)
Enjoy coaching others in UX best practices
Are curious, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
