About the role
Graduate Ventures is looking for an enthusiastic VC Analyst (working student during Master’s; approximately 20 hours per week) to support the Seed fund investment team. You will work closely with the team on live deal flow and have direct exposure to investment decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Venture identification: Proactively source startups through networks, events, and desk research

Outreach and screening: Initiate contact with founders, assess initial fit, and support introductory calls

Deal support: Prepare internal memo's and support investment discussions with the team
About Graduate Ventures
Graduate Ventures is a €59M early stage venture capital fund, founded by alumni from Erasmus University, Erasmus MC and TU Delft, that partners with ambitious alumni founders. We provide capital and hands on support through a network of more than 150 experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders. To date, we have invested in more than 80 startups across a €10M Pre-Seed fund led by a Student Board and a €49M Seed fund led by a team of full-time investment professionals. The Seed team is supported by a small group of part-time Analysts, allowing for close collaboration and meaningful responsibility.

About you:

You have completed a Bachelor’s degree (at any academic institution) and will be enrolled in a Master’s programme at either Erasmus University Rotterdam, Erasmus MC, or Delft University of Technology during the 2026 to 2027 academic year

You are available to work 20 hours per week
