ROLE PURPOSE
As our Sales Executive, you will set up and grow Liion Power's B2B Direct channel from the ground up. Instead of selling through distributors or retailers, you will sell Leo units directly to companies for internal use, including relationship and employee gifting, and initiatives to make corporate and fleet operations more sustainable.
This is an entrepreneurial, high-ownership sales role: you will define the go-to-market approach for this new channel, build the pipeline, and close the corporate accounts yourself.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the B2B Direct channel, targeting corporate gifting, employee rewards, and fleet-sustainability buyers
- Identify and prospect corporate clients, including procurement, HR, sustainability, and fleet management teams, for bulk purchases of Leo
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through negotiation to closing
- Develop tailored value propositions, packages, and pricing structures for relevant use cases
- Build relationships with corporate gifting platforms, HR and reward agencies, and fleet management companies as potential partners or resellers
- Represent Liion Power at trade shows, corporate events, and industry gatherings to generate leads
- Work closely with marketing to create B2B sales collateral, case studies, and campaigns
- Track pipeline, conversion, and revenue against targets, and report to the Head of Commercial Growth
- Feed market and customer insights back to the product and leadership teams to help shape the B2B offering
YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally in sustainability-related products, hardware, consumer electronics, corporate gifting or employee benefits
- Have a track record of building a sales channel or pipeline from scratch, or strong exposure to new-business hunting
- Are a natural relationship-builder who is comfortable prospecting, pitching, and closing deals independently
- Understand, or are quick to learn, procurement processes within corporates
- Are commercially sharp, target-driven, and thrive with high ownership in a startup environment
- Communicate fluently in English and preferably fluently in Dutch
- Care about sustainability and want to help businesses reduce e-waste and their environmental footprint
- Are based in or willing to work from Amsterdam. You like being around the team and getting involved with social events
- Are responsible and proactive
