Strong graduates and self-taught engineers with shipped projects are very welcome.</p></li> <li><p>You’ve built something with LLMs, at work or on the side, and you can tell us what worked and what didn’t.</p></li> <li><p>Solid software engineering fundamentals. Experience with React, Python or cloud infra helps, but fundamentals matter more than knowing our exact stack.</p></li> <li><p>Product sensibility: you care about UX, speed and polish, and you speak up when something doesn’t feel right.</p></li> <li><p>You learn fast, take ownership and are comfortable figuring things out without detailed instructions.</p></li> <li><p>Daily user of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex or similar) and enthusiastic about them as a way to build software.</p></li> <li><p>Careful about correctness and data handling.</p></li> <li><p>Fluent in English.
