Working on the health-data OASYS

At OASYS NOW, we are on a mission to make personalized healthcare and precision medicine accessible to all. We are a multi-disciplinary team, specializing in AI and Cybersecurity to enable safe reuse of health data. We're building EU's first privacy-by-design & AI-native health data platform. The journey towards the health-data OASYS consists of three main strategies:

  1. Speeding up the process of finding eligible patient cohorts for Clinical Trials from months to minutes, for Trial Sites and Pharma & CROs.
  2. Secure unlocking, sharing, searching, and interpreting of RWD to enhance medical science and drug development
  3. Putting people in control of their health data. Gaining personal health insights and seeing if relevant clinical trials or treatments are available, helping patients get more and better treatment options faster.

After winning this year’s Slush 100 competition, we are taking home a €1m equity investment from two prominent early-stage venture funds – General Catalyst and Cherry Ventures and will also receive mentoring from industry leaders to scale up our business. We are using the win to expand our team and increase computing power for our services. Your role

As Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and customer account growth. The first focus will be on European hospitals and trial sites that have a defined need for speeding up the pre-screening and screening process for clinical trials. Its important in this role to be aligned with the product and therapeutic growth strategy but also to drive the strategy based on business opportunities. You will be responsible for learning about OASYS NOW’s technology, and the market, starting and managing a pipeline and full sales cycle, all while selling in a consultative fashion. What you will do

  • Lead Generation: Be a hunter! Generate new business opportunities through proactively researching, prospecting, networking, and researching.
  • Qualification: Evaluate leads to prioritize prospects based on a defined ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline
  • Consultative Selling: Leverage a consultative approach to uncover prospect needs and identified pain points, to match our solution that addresses their needs
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering/AI teams to align strategy and share insights, to optimize lead generation and with legal to optimize contracting.
  • Metrics Tracking: Responsible for tracking performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, opportunity velocity, and revenue attribution to contribute to data-driven analytics
  • Continuous Education: Curiosity comes naturally. Strive to develop professionally by attending training sessions, workshops, and industry events

What you bring with you

  • You love being a hunter. We want to see the future leader, but are looking for a current hunter that can really start the flying wheel of sales.
  • You are a chameleon with a very thick skin. No is just the beginning of the sales, you love making a no a yes by dancing with your future clients instead of around them.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of career experience, at least 3 years experience in B2B enterprise technology SaaS sales
  • Track record of documented top performance and exceeding expectations
  • a strong vision of sales techniques, channels, and CRM systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Positivity, motivational skills, team player.
