What you’ll be doing:
Strategic HR Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on a broad range of HR matters, including handling complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion and building a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with Dutch labour law while fostering a fair and engaging work environment.
Lead key HR initiatives in performance management, employee engagement, learning & development etc.
People Operations
Design, implement, and optimise HR processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-growing environment.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring our People operations align with business objectives and scale effectively.
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and coach the People & Culture team, including a People & Culture Generalist and a Talent Acquisition Lead, fostering their professional growth and leadership capabilities.
Play a key role as part of the extended leadership team, contri
buting to the overall people strategy.
Analytics & Reporting
Measure the impact of HR initiatives by defining and tracking People OKRs and KPIs and continuously monitor to improve processes.
