About Us

QuantWare is the world's leading manufacturer of superconducting quantum hardware. As a high growth start-up with a global customer base, our mission is to accelerate the advent of the quantum computer. We push the boundaries of what's possible in our field. We work on making the world’s largest quantum processors, as fast as possible.

At QuantWare, we’re not just producing quantum hardware for the hyperscalers of tomorrow; we’re working on technology that will change the world. To make that ambition a reality, we need exceptional people who drive real impact. That’s where you come in.

As an Industrialisation Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of quantum technology. With a deep understanding of nanofabrication and production scaling, you’ll help lead QuantWare’s transition from R&D-scale fabrication to scalable, industrialised manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for building the tools, processes, and infrastructure that will enable us to substantially increase production capacity, a critical part of our journey to deliver powerful, accessible quantum processors to the world.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Source and implement the right tools and equipment to enable scale-up

  • Lead cleanroom specification, upgrades, and daily operations

  • Identify and eliminate sources of variability to improve yield and repeatability

  • Introduce and embed industry best practices in a practical, scalable way

  • Develop and execute a roadmap towards automation and process control

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align technical capabilities with production targets

Your Profile

  • Proven track record scaling semiconductor, nanofabrication, or similar high-tech production from R&D to volume manufacturing

  • Experience working in dynamic, resource-constrained scale-up environments

  • Ideally, also familiar with large-scale production and industry-standard compromises

  • Backgrounds may include Production Manager, Industrialisation Lead, Fab Engineering Manager, or similar roles

  • Six Sigma Black Belt or strong process improvement experience (with a focus on enabling scalable production)

  • Deep understanding of nanofabrication processes and cleanroom operations

  • Analytical and systems-oriented thinker, able to diagnose issues and drive structured improvements

  • Strong communicator who can translate engineering challenges into actionable roadmaps and align with executive planning
