About the role:

As a Group Product Manager at Workwize, you will oversee multiple product teams, mentor and develop Product Managers, and directly drive one of our key product initiatives as an individual contributor. In this role, you will:

Lead Multiple Product Teams: Provide guidance and coaching to Product Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices across each product stream.
Own a Key Product Stream: Remain hands-on by driving product vision and execution for one dedicated product team.
Shape Global Operations: Create innovative, scalable solutions for equipment onboarding, repair, retrieval, reselling, decommissioning, and storage—driving operational excellence for our global platform.
This position demands a balance of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of operational challenges in a fast-paced, global environment.


Key Responsibilities & Competencies

1. Product Vision & Strategy
• Define and execute a forward-thinking product vision that emphasizes scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Translate complex business needs into clear roadmaps and product goals for multiple product teams.

2. Team Leadership & Coaching
• Mentor and guide Product Managers, developing their skill sets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback, support career growth, and create an environment of collaboration and accountability.

3. Hands-On Product Ownership
• Act as the individual contributor for one product team, managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, operations—to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions on time and within scope.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making
• Define and monitor key KPIs, using data analytics to drive continuous improvement in product performance and team effectiveness.
• Regularly assess product outcomes and adjust strategies to maintain the highest level of business impact.

5. Global Scalability & Execution
• Ensure product enhancements support seamless worldwide expansion, taking into account diverse regional regulations, logistics, and cultural considerations.
• Balance the need for rapid growth with sustainable, maintainable product designs.

6. Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Collaborate with Service Owners and cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategic roadmaps and measure progress against objectives.
• Communicate product plans, updates, and results clearly and consistently to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

7. Customer Feedback Integration
• Gather and analyze feedback from both internal teams and external customers to continuously refine product offerings.
• Champion a customer-centric mindset across all product teams and in every stage of the product lifecycle.


Skills & Qualifications (Group Product Manager)

Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a proven deep understanding of software engineering principles.

Proven Experience
7+ years of in a product management role—ideally in B2B SaaS or logistics-intensive environments.

Technical Proficiency
Able to collaborate with software development teams to define technical requirements, scope solutions, and oversee complex implementations.

Leadership & Team Management
Demonstrated success leading multiple product teams or product lines, guiding Product Managers toward shared objectives and growth.

Data Analytics & Reporting
Strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making; experience with analytics tools to track KPIs, uncover insights, and address operational inefficiencies.

Project Management Skills
Skilled at juggling competing priorities, managing stakeholder expectations, and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Communication & Influence
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams, from engineers to executive stakeholders.
