At Workwize, we help companies equip, manage, and retrieve IT hardware for their global teams without the usual chaos. Our platform handles deployments, returns, and tracking in 100+ countries, supporting more than 50,000 users and 120,000 devices. It saves IT teams from endless manual work so they can focus on higher-impact priorities.

A few months ago, we launched a new revenue line focused on decommissioning, reselling, and recycling old IT assets. It’s growing fast, and we’re now looking for someone who wants to help turn this into a major part of the business.

About the role

This role starts hands-on. You’ll be in the flow of daily operations, processing decommissioning requests, solving issues quickly, and keeping communication tight across teams and partners. Over time, you’ll step deeper into designing better processes, tightening execution, documenting workflows, and shaping how this line of business scales.

If you’re detail-obsessed, action-oriented, and motivated by making things run smoother every week, you’ll feel right at home. There’s real ownership here and plenty of room to grow.

What you’ll do

Operations management (60–70%)

  • Handle the end-to-end processing of decommissioning requests with accuracy, clarity, and speed.

  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to keep everything moving without friction.

  • Track progress, troubleshoot issues, resolve escalations, and make sure data and documentation are always up to date.

Process improvement and documentation (20–30%)

  • Spot recurring problems and turn them into practical improvements.

  • Define and document workflows that make operations faster, cleaner, and less error-prone.

  • Use data to understand gaps, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Partner management (10%)

  • Maintain strong relationships with our decommissioning partners and ensure they deliver on expectations.

  • Monitor SLAs, quality, and reliability, and address problems early.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, consulting, project management, or a startup environment (internships count).

  • A proactive mindset and a strong drive to deliver an excellent customer experience.

  • A structured, analytical way of working that keeps you focused on what matters most.

  • High attention to detail and confidence in client-facing interactions.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel and Google Sheets. Interest in tools like Notion and Make is a plus.

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Interest in no-code tools or automations.

  • Experience in early-stage startups or logistics.

What Workwize offers

  • A role in a fast-growing environment where your work has visible impact.

  • A hybrid setup with the right gear provided for home and office.

  • A team that values initiative, ownership, and clear communication.

  • Weekly team lunches, monthly events, and a culture that’s ambitious without being stiff.

  • A workplace recognized by LinkedIn as one of the Top 10 Startups in the Netherlands for 2025 and has been in multiple top 10 top scale ups 2025.

If you’re excited by the idea of building something new, improving it every week, and owning a meaningful piece of Workwize’s next chapter, we’d love to meet you.
