  • Perform operational ad-hoc financial analysis when required, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with company strategy and financial targets.
  • Build standardized reporting structures and dashboards that enhance transparency and scalability.
  • Drive consistency in KPI definitions and data quality across teams.
  • Assist with operational finance work, including month-end close activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and present insights for leadership discussions and board-level reporting.
  • Collaborate with the offshore team and manage deliverables across time zones.
  • Assist operational teams with finance-related queries.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
