About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our RevOps team. This is a junior to mid-level role, focused on building the foundations that allow our commercial teams (Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success) to operate with speed, clarity, and confidence as we scale.
The primary objective of this role is simple but impactful: ensure our commercial organisation has the data, tooling, processes, and insights it needs to make better decisions and move faster.
In practice, this means you will build and own dashboards, data models, and automations, but the work doesn't stop at delivery. You will sit across the full commercial department, partnering with pillar leads to interpret what the data is telling us, identify opportunities, and drive operational improvements that have real business impact.
Responsibilities
Data Foundations & Dashboards
- Build and maintain commercial data models and metric definitions that teams can trust and act on.
- Design, ship, and maintain decision-oriented dashboards that give teams clear visibility into performance.
- Uphold high standards for data accuracy, hygiene, and governance across all commercial systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work across the commercial department, building strong relationships with team leads.
- Drive adoption of dashboards, tooling, and new processes ensuring what you build actually gets used and creates value.
- Communicate progress, surface risks, and provide clear updates to stakeholders proactively.
- Manage multiple workstreams in parallel across departments without losing momentum or follow-through.
Tooling, Systems & Process Improvement
- Own administration, configuration, and integrations across the commercial tooling stack.
- Document core processes and data flows, identifying opportunities to simplify and scale.
- Build automations and AI-enabled workflows for prospecting, scoring, enrichment, alerts, and more.
**Commercial Insights & Decision Support**
- Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success leads to surface insights, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions with data.
- Go beyond reporting, interpret what the data is telling us and recommend where to focus.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in a technical subject
- 1–3 years of experience in a hands-on data, operations, or commercial systems role is valued, but how you approach problems and take ownership matters more than years on a CV.
Required Skills
- Proficient in SQL.
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience building automations, workflows, scripts, or integrations in a production environment.
- Strong stakeholder management: you build trust with commercial leads and follow through on commitments.
- Systems thinking: you build scalable structures, not one-off fixes.
- Commercial awareness: you don't just deliver data — you think about what it means and what should change as a result.
- Clear communicator: able to write well, simplify complexity, and run effective walkthroughs.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in a commercial operations team (RevOps, SalesOps, GTM, or similar).
- If no direct commercial experience, exposure to roles requiring a commercial mindset — such as business analysis or consulting.
- Experience with BI tooling (Tableau preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM administration, data enrichment tools, or marketing automation platforms.
Why Join Us
- Opportunity to shape how a growing commercial organisation uses data to make decisions — not just report on what happened.
- High-ownership role that spans the full revenue lifecycle: Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success.
- A seat at the table with commercial leaders, not just a ticket queue.
- Fast-moving environment that values builders who think commercially — people who ship, learn the business, and improve continuously.
- A culture that rewards initiative, pragmatism, and curiosity over polish and perfection.
